Instant Composite Technology (ICT)

Palm Oil Mill (POM) produce large amounts of bio-waste. Instant Composite Technology is an innovative system to effectively and efficiently manage Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) and Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) waste. Using Instant Composite Technology (ICT), palm bio-waste are mechanically processed into Bio-Chemo fertilizer, efficiently and effectively reducing discharge of pollutions into the atmosphere.

In the Instant Composite Technology (ICT) process, bio active enzymes are added to stabilize the organic matter in the Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) follow by the nutrients like N.P.K.Mgo. The fortified fertilizer produced will gradually release the nutrients for the plant over a period of 6 to 12 months.

The slow release effect will provide an effective and consistent supply of nutrients to the plants and hence increase their yield.

Through the Instant Composite Technology (Plant), Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) is processed into a supplementary fertilizer in less than an hour. This is cost saving process compare to conventional Empty Fruit Bunch treatment procedures. As a result, substantial amount of money can be saved by palm oil plantation companies in fertilizer cost and eliminate unproductive costs in conventional Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) treatment such as composting and mulching.

INSTANT COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY - ICT PLANT
  • Converts EFB into Bio-Chemo Fertilizer (BCF)
  • Slow release of organic matter in BCF translates to more effective fertilization & saving in fertilizer costs
  • Increase in crop production
  • No weather dependence
  • Efficient & reliable waste management solutions
  • Space saving - 0.1 hectare (60MT FFB / Hour POM)
